Unique Learning Experiences
Support Programme
There are two main whole-class support in Canossian School:
• Mother Tongue Support (except for selected students who are taking Mother Tongue)
• After School Support (all students, including those taking Mother Tongue
Audiology Unit
In 1996, Canossian School set up an Audiological Department. The school then embarked on a cochlear implant project with Singapore General Hospital (SGH). The Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) doctors at SGH undertook the implant procedure, while the school handled the habilitation process which integrated pre- and post-cochlear implant assessments, mapping of pupil’s implants, family counselling and educational services.
Co-Curricular Activites
Canossian School believes in creating opportunities for our pupils to develop their talents.
Preparing For Primary One
The Bridging Programme run by Canossian School is set up to close the gaps in knowledge and skills of children transiting from an EIPIC programme into Primary One in a mainstream setting.
Home-Based Learning
Schools will provide instructions and support for students to access a range of both online and hardcopy HBL materials, so that learning continues uninterrupted.
